I love the airborne kites...I took a lot of pictures of downed kites when I was in Jaipur, the aftermath of the celebration...the trees were full of them. It surprised me that folks flew them with the trees overhead. In San Francisco, people usually choose open areas so they don't meet their demise so quickly. I just loved Jaipur, by the way.
